The Client provides the contact.

The Client chooses the people they want to invite, shares the message below in an existing personal text conversation, and keeps the recipient’s affirmative written reply. The Client then supplies the contact details and authorizes Eternal View to send one invitation and up to four reminder texts for the survey by checking a separate box for each mobile number.

The checkbox also confirms that the person already gave the Client permission to provide the number to Eternal View and receive this invitation and reminder schedule. A Client cannot create permission for someone who has not agreed. If that permission is absent, the Client leaves the mobile number blank and Eternal View uses email only.

Before entering a mobile number in Eternal View, the Client sends this message in their existing personal text conversation with that person. Replace the bracketed details with the recipient’s mobile number and the Client’s name. Eternal View does not send this permission request.

The recipient replies in the same conversation

An example affirmative reply is:

I agree to receive the Eternal View invitation and reminders on days 1, 3, 5, 6, and 7 at [mobile number] and to your sharing my number with Eternal View for this purpose.

This is example wording, not an actual recipient’s consent record. The recipient’s own reply must clearly agree to the invitation and reminder schedule. Silence or an unclear reply does not authorize a text. This personal reply does not enroll the recipient through a keyword sent to Eternal View.

The Client keeps the full disclosure and written reply with their date and mobile number so the permission can be verified, then completes the checkbox below. If permission is absent, the Client leaves the mobile number blank and uses email only. Keep actual conversations private; this public page contains the template only.

How authorization becomes an invitation and reminders

  1. The Client shares the disclosure.The Client chooses the participants and sends the exact permission message above in their existing personal text conversations before entering mobile numbers in Eternal View.
  2. The recipient agrees in writing.The recipient replies affirmatively to that invitation and reminder schedule. The Client retains the disclosure, reply, date, and number as proof, then supplies the contact details in Eternal View.
  3. The Client checks each authorization.For every entered mobile number, the Client checks the separate box above and confirms the person already agreed to the Eternal View invitation and reminders on days 1, 3, 5, 6, and 7.
  4. The service enforces the choice.Changing a number clears its checkbox. The API rejects an entered number without its authorization and stores a minimized, versioned, timestamped receipt.
  5. The Coach reviews before release.Submitting the Client form does not send anything. The Coach reviews the people and survey before releasing invitations.
  6. The recipient receives the invitation.The initial text and up to four reminders identify Eternal View, provide the secure link and rates notice, and include STOP and HELP. Completed recipients receive no further reminders. STOP cancels remaining texts and notifies the inviting Coach. Older one-text permissions do not authorize reminders.
